amounts are for the lower 48 states in the US.  Email for Alaska and Hawaii.  Emails
are usually answered within 24 hours during Monday through Friday except holidays. 

Windows are usually shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment.  I normally ship on Mondays.
Fiberglass items are made to order and ship within 2 to 4 weeks of receiving payment. 
I email the day I ship with a tracking number.

All items are shipped through the US Postal Service Priority Insured mail or UPS. 

If an item is damaged in shipping, we are not responsible.  We will mail the original
shipping receipt to the buyer for filing a insurance claim with the US Postal Service
for reimbursement.
